Parent Support Advisor Role

A Parent Support Advisor’s role is mainly to support you and your child to get the very best from school by providing support, advice and information.

I can help you with any worries you may have in relation to your child’s behaviour or attendance and provide support on how best to deal with it.

I might not have all the answers but we can work together to find the right support.

What does a PSA do?

  • Provides information about school matters
  • Helps parents/carers to support their child’s learning
  • Helps to talk to your child’s teacher or school about any concerns
  • Helps to access information on issues  such as money worries, relationships, health etc
  • Builds  parents and carers confidence in dealing  with parenting issues
  • Gives support through transition stages

How to Contact Me

I am usually out in the playground each Monday, Wednesday and Thursday morning, so come and say hello and feel free to have a chat.

I will also be running a drop in session every Wednesday morning if you would like to discuss anything in more detail.  Alternatively, we can make a 1:1 appointment time to suit you.
